Profile
Over 25 years experience of managing people and helping organisations to develop staff to their full potential to meet their business needs. Considerable experience of managing change in the workplace through implementing technical, system and people based change processes. This is coupled with ample experience of coaching others to achieve their goals. Worked extensively with individuals to prepare them for new roles including self-employment opportunities and coached a number of individuals through the process of setting up their own business.

• Change management; including analysis of organisational needs, development of people to fill new roles and career counselling of individuals in divestment and redeployment situations.

• Performance management – resourcing and motivating teams, involving and getting the best out of others, setting up performance management systems, coaching managers and individuals to use these systems.
• Creating a “vision” of how complex tasks can be tackled and persuading stakeholders to adopt the solution.
• Considerable experience of managing complex programmes of activity across organisation and country boundaries.
• Working 1:1 with individuals, preparing development plans, coaching them to achieve.
• Coaching individuals to become self-employed and set up their own business.
