Profile

John France has more than seven years experience of helping people and companies manage change during major business restructuring and has been coaching and training people since 1989. He is an experienced manager /adviser with good interpersonal skills who can relate to individuals and teams, who is able to establish relationships with people and has a strong desire to help others realise their potential

Key Areas of Expertise

• Change management; including career counselling of individuals in divestment and redeployment situations.
• Communication using a full range of interpersonal skills required to support people and companies through change; particularly listening to and communicating effectively with a diversity of clients and managers with differing backgrounds and experience.
• Training, coaching, facilitation & presentations to individuals and groups.
• Planning, prioritising and managing work load to meet targets for clients.
• Problem solving, using initiative to help clients solve career queries and problems.

National Vocational Qualification (NVQ 3) in Career Guidance
Certificate in Quality Assurance, Sheffield Hallam University
City & Guild’s 725/4 Certificate in Training Competence.
Union of Lancashire & Cheshire Institutes. (ULCI).
